Janet Alexander has spent over 20 years in the caring professions, as a qualified nurse and practitioner of complementary therapies. Her aim, to restore good health and well-being on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, both in the UK and overseas.

A full healer member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, Reiki Master, Louise L Hay course facilitator (to advanced level) and Master practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming (University of California), Janet helps enable those wishing to pursue a more fulfilled life, to create those changes they desire, by using the above healing models and training in Shamanism.

Janet Alexander is based in the beautiful county of Gloucestershire where she works with clients on a one to one basis and also runs workshops on a regular basis. By applying skills and techniques from life enhancing disciplines, she provides a fun, supportive and caring environment in which to explore life issues, and turn around those which may be non-productive or limiting, to produce a more empowered way of living.
